I completed a 3-year Ausbildung as Kaufmann für Büromanagement (IHK) at Investoren Immobilien Group in Wuppertal — working daily with property exposés, tenants, buyers, and contracts.

Alongside that, I built three live PropTech platforms — including an internal management system the team uses every day. I understand real estate from the inside, and I can build digital tools around it.

I speak Arabic natively, English fluently, and German well. In NRW, where Arabic-speaking communities make up a significant part of the tenant and buyer market, this is a practical day-one advantage — not a nice-to-have.
